| A House Divided against itself cannot Stand |
Established in 1996, Friends of Martha was developed through the efforts of family King and friends. They found there was a need to provide a caring environment, where social and personal needs could be discussed and solutions found as necessary.This was especially true after the death of a family member. Services were established to meet the needs of the community at large. A data base of accessible personnel (Solicitors , Counsellors, Welfare officers etc) was put together to meet those needs. It has become a development agency geared to giving assistance where it is needed. Fully constituted, Friends of Martha will be seeking registration as a full charity during 1999. | ||||||||||||||||
